We recently purchased a car from Randy with Colorado Automotive Group and it was hands down then most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. To start with, the office space is clean and inviting. Randy brought us into his office and talked with us very thoroughly about all aspects of buying the car...financing, trading in my vehicle, and gave a detailed history of the used car I was purchasing. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. There was no "money man" that he had to go and talk deals with...it was all done right there and was done in a way that felt fair. Our purchase was not straight forward, and Randy spent a lot of time, talking with different loan offices to get us the best deal and get everything figured out. Once all of the paperwork was done, the car was filled with gas, taken through a final car wash and handed over to us in pristine condition. He then took us out to the vehicle and sat inside with us for at least a half an hour, going over all the various features and how they work. At this time, he found a button on the car that wasn't working properly. He asked what time would be convenient for us on Monday morning, to have the car picked up by one of his employees, taken over to Toyota to be fixed and returned. I'm telling you...from start to finish, this deal and his entire staff were professional and we were well taken care of. One of the guys came Monday morning at the time discussed, took my car, stayed with it until it was fixed, and returned to me. This young man was also very kind and professional. I hope it is quite some time before I need to buy another vehicle, but whenever it is, I'll be calling Colorado Automotive Group for my car buying needs. I highly recommend this dealership!!

Every time they have taken their time to make sure I am completely satisfied with my purchase, they even came through when I needed financing with lower rates then my personal bank would offer. They have a no pressure sales approach that makes the whole process easy and much less stressful then any other dealership I have dealt with.
